Meetings
In the center of the room lies an ornate cedar wood desk, cluttered but just short of messy, with various sheet music piled on top. The bookcases on each side are in a similar state, books shelved away neatly were it not for the lack of any semblance of alphabetization.
The boss of this domain can often be found with his feet up with no regard for decorum; a casual enough atmosphere for casual enough chats, surely.
Those who venture into the palace to seek out the emerald green door will find it's different than usual, sturdier, with a particularly bright sheen and emblazoned with an insignia.
The door is also always closed, though whether it's locked or not depends on when you visit.

Is it bad to be curious? [ he gives him a wry smile ] What do you call it then, Host-san?

That depends. [ But after a beat. ] Just something to keep my hands busy, I'm not really into a lot of that decorum junk. That goes for that -san stuff too.

Right, right. It's fun, but it's also just part of who I am? Making kids and animals dance for me is something I've always had at my fingertips.

I wasn’t that surprised that you didn’t know about urban legends, but you really don’t know what TVs are, either?
[ he crosses his arms, legitimately impressed. ]
Mm, they’re the boxes with moving pictures and sound. Kind of like picture books, but... well, you watch them instead of read them.

[ So he says, but hes running a hand through his hair as he says it. Despite everything that has happened and every insult that's been thrown at him, it's this that seems to have legitimately knocked him off kilter?
He lets his hand drop but winds up twirling his ponytail instead of completely abandoning the motion (tiny icons really don't show how ridiculously long his rat tail is). ]
Yeah, I know what those are. Cameras too, but I've only seen 'em show moving pictures before recently.
